Returns: What is your returns policy?

Following a purchase, you will have 30 days to return any unwanted items. All unwanted items must be in pristine condition with all the tags still attached.
Once the return has been arranged, this can take 10 working days to process

How do I return an Item?

If something isn't quite right, you can return your item for an exchange, credit, or refund. Unfortunately, we don't offer free returns, however this is something we are hoping to implement in the future.

How will I know if my return has reached TDKNOTS?

As soon as we’ve received your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Once received, we’ll have your return processed within 5-7 working days.

This may take a further 3-5 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.


Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability and delivery timescales may vary during our busier periods

I have a faulty item, what should I do?

We’re really sorry to hear that you have received a damaged item! This isn’t the level of quality we expect to deliver.

Please do get in touch with a member of our team with your order details and some images of the item and we’d be happy to resolve this for you.

Delivery

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you’ll receive full tracking information via email.

We currently ship with DPD, Evri, Royal Mail and DHL. Although our delivery timeframes may vary slightly during our busier periods.

My order says this has been delivered, but I haven't received it?

If you order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please do get in touch with the courier with regards to this. If you believe your parcel has been lost please contact us

I haven't received my order.

You can keep an eye on your order’s journey by email. Please do keep an eye on your junk/spam folder ifyou are yet to receive an update.​

I haven’t received order confirmation, what should I do? ​

If you’re experiencing issues with payment, please ensure that the card your using is registered to your billing address. If the payment is showing as pending, thisshould automatically return to your account within the next 24-48 hours. If this isn’t the case, please contact your payment provider so that they can look to resolve the issue for you.​

Will I be charged VAT? ​

Any duties/VAT will be shown at checkout.​

We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express

Returns information:

Our return process takes up to 10 working days. We endeavour to have these completed as soon as possible for you.


Should you return for an exchange and the product is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead.


Refunds or exchanges must be returned to us within 30 days of the product being received.


Returned products must be in perfect original sale condition.


Return postage is at the buyer's own cost and risk. All items to be returned via tracked mail to ensure returns arrive safely. No refunds will be given for any items that go missing in the post.


For hygiene purposes, no refunds or exchanges will be given for products that have aftershave, makeup, body odours or cigarette smoke on.
